When purchasing an item that is guaranteed to last a lifetime and be passed down generations, it is completely understandable that you may have questions, or would like to return or exchange a product. We are more than happy to assist you along the way.

We want you to absolutely be in love with your leather product. However, we completely understand if you have a change of heart, or simply want to exchange the item. Simply mail your item back in brand new condition, unused, shipped within 30 days of your original purchase. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing refund once the item has been received. Kindly contact us before shipping back your products so a member of our team can guide you through the simple next steps!

All personalization is done by hand using laser engraving. Please allow 3-5 extra business days for personalized items.
